Who This Is Between

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Parallel 13, LLC. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Parallel 13. "You" means you, the person using the site or buying our products.

By accessing or using the site in any way — visiting, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Warranty Policy. Don't agree? Don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country, whichever is higher. You can't use our products or services for any illegal purpose, and you can't violate any laws in your jurisdiction — including copyright — by using them.

New features, products, or tools we add to the site are also covered by these Terms. We may update the latest version at any time on this page. Continued use of the site after changes go up means you accept them.

What's Allowed. What Isn't.

Use the site to browse products, place orders, read our stuff, and talk to us. Don't use it to do anything shady. Specifically, you agree not to use the site or any content you find here:

Accuracy Matters

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. If anything changes — address, email, payment method — update it. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of bad info.

You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. That includes orders that look fraudulent, orders from resellers, per-customer quantity limits, pricing errors, or orders with inaccurate billing or shipping information. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Limited Runs, Honest Prices

Some products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities. They may be subject to return or exchange under our Refund & Warranty Policy.

We work hard to show our products accurately — colors, fit, finish, illumination. Your screen may not render exactly what you'll receive. Illuminated apparel in particular looks different under different lighting conditions. We don't guarantee that what you see online is a pixel-perfect representation of the physical product.

Prices, descriptions, and availability can change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the site or any product at any time, without liability to you or any third party. Offers on the site are void where prohibited.

Typos Happen

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information (including after you submit an order) if any information on the site is inaccurate. This includes canceling orders placed based on incorrect pricing. We have no obligation to update information on the site, except as required by law.

Reviews, Photos, Ideas

When you send us comments, feedback, product reviews, photos, ideas, suggestions, or any other materials (whether by email, social, on-site reviews, or any other channel) — collectively, "Submissions" — you grant us the right to use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium, commercially, without restriction or compensation to you.

You agree that your Submissions won't violate any third-party rights — copyright, trademark, privacy, or otherwise. Your Submissions won't contain defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or computer viruses. You won't impersonate anyone or falsely imply a connection with us. You're solely responsible for anything you submit.

We have no obligation to publish, monitor, edit, or remove Submissions. We're not under any confidentiality obligation with respect to your Submissions.

Other People's Stuff

We may give you access to third-party tools on the site that we neither control nor monitor. You acknowledge we provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or endorsements. Anything arising from your use of third-party tools is on you. Use them at your own risk, and make sure you've read and agreed to their terms.

The site may contain links to other websites — partner brands, the Ellumiglow tech site, social platforms, and others. We're not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site materials, or for any transactions you make with third parties. Review their policies carefully. Any complaints or concerns about third-party products go to that third party.

The Legal Shield

We do not guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We don't warrant that results obtained from using the site will be accurate or reliable. We may occasionally remove the site for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice.

If You Cause Us Trouble

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parallel 13, LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

When the Agreement Ends

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the site, or by stopping use of the site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You'll remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may deny you access to the site (or any part of it) as a result.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to termination survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

The Plumbing

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. The severance does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on the site (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Warranty Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Parallel 13, LLC. They govern your use of the site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law. These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes here. It's your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of or access to the site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
