Every Parallel 13 order is fulfilled from our facility in Oregon, USA. Same crew that builds the gear packs and ships it. No drop-shippers, no third-party warehouse juggling.

1 – 3 Business Days

In-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. Orders land in the queue Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

• Pre-orders ship on the date listed on the product page.
• Made-to-order and custom EL pieces carry longer lead times — specific timing shows at checkout.
• High-demand drops may add a day or two. We post updates at the top of the site when that happens.

Shipping Fall 2026

Our current pre-order pieces are in active production right now. Every unit is being built, tested, and QC'd at our Oregon facility. As they come off the line, they ship.

First in, first out. The earlier you placed your pre-order, the earlier your piece ships. No line-skipping, no back-channeling.

• Fulfillment begins Fall 2026. Exact ship dates depend on where you landed in the queue and when your specific size and colorway clears production.
• You'll be notified. As soon as your piece is packed and handed to the carrier, we email you tracking. No guessing, no silence.
• Order position is locked. We ship in the exact order orders were received. You keep your spot from the moment you checked out.

Across the United States

We ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Rates and options show live at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order.

• Standard: 3 – 7 business days in transit after processing.
• Expedited: 2 – 3 business days in transit, where available.
• Overnight: Next business day, where available. Order must be placed before our daily cutoff to ship same day.

Worldwide

We ship to most countries. Transit time typically runs 7 – 21 business days depending on destination and customs. International orders are the buyer's responsibility for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

If customs rejects or holds your package, we'll do our best to help, but we can't refund carrier fees or fees charged by your country's customs authority.

Every Order, Tracked

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Keep an eye on it. If the tracker hasn't updated in 5 business days, reach out and we'll chase the carrier with you.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your package arrives damaged, send us photos of the box and the piece within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it.

If tracking says delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still doesn't turn up, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll open a claim.

Double-Check at Checkout

Make sure your shipping address is right before you place the order. If a package comes back to us because of a bad address, we'll re-ship it — but you'll cover the second round of shipping.

Address change after placing the order? Email us fast. Once a label is generated, we can't always pull it back.

Real World, Real Delays

Carrier volume around major holidays, weather events, and global shipping slowdowns can stretch transit times. We'll post notices at the top of the site when something's up. Processing time stays the same — we pack and ship as fast as we always do.
