30 days to return. A 1-year warranty on the build. If something we made doesn't hold up, we make it right.

We build P13 gear to be worn. Hard. Everywhere. If something is wrong with your piece, here's exactly how we make it right.

01 — The 30-Day Window

Return It Within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the delivery date to send a piece back for a refund or exchange. No interrogation. No restocking games.

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged. No stains, no scents, no stage sweat.
  • Complete. Tags, packaging, battery pack, driver, cables — everything it shipped with.
  • Traceable. Order number or receipt.

Custom builds, made-to-order pieces, and final-sale drops stay with you unless they arrive defective.

02 — The 1-Year Warranty

Covered for a Full Year

Every P13 piece is covered for one full year from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. If the light fails and it's on us, we make it right.

Covered
  • EL panel failure under normal wear
  • Driver, inverter, and internal wiring defects
  • Stitching, bonding, and connector failures
  • Anything that stops working through no fault of yours
Not Covered
  • Damage from ignoring the care label
  • Cuts, tears, burns, or impact damage
  • Water damage to battery packs or drivers
  • Normal fade and wear — honest patina
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
03 — Starting a Claim

Three Steps. That's It.

  1. Email info@p13designs.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. If it's a warranty claim, send photos or a short video. The more we see, the faster we move.
  3. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and an RMA number if you're approved.
Important

Don't ship anything back without an RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or misrouted.

04 — Shipping

Who Pays What

  • Standard returns: you cover return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover it. Prepaid label in your inbox.
  • Warranty repair or replacement: we cover shipping both ways inside the continental US. International customers cover outbound shipping and any customs fees.
05 — Refunds

Back to Your Card in 5 – 10 Days

Once your return lands and passes inspection, we email you a confirmation. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it to your statement.

06 — Exchanges

The Fast Path

Fastest way to exchange: return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the piece you actually want. Not sure about size or style? Ask first. We'd rather help you pick than ship the wrong thing twice.

07 — Damaged in Transit

If the Box Shows Up Rough

If your package arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the packaging and the piece itself. We replace it. No charge.
